What Swimmers is
Swimmers is a wellness app that blends Apple Health metrics into a single score and lets you compare it with friends in private leagues. Swimmers is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or fertility advice. Scores are for entertainment and general wellness motivation only. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when you join the waitlist or a league.
- Only enter names, emails, and photos you have the right to use.
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or disrupt the platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of names, photos, and information you submit, and you grant us permission to display them as part of operating the leagues and leaderboards you participate in. You can remove your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Swimmers is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any score or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swimmers Health, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
